I went to this store to pick up my items !! They lost my charger to my laptop the manger was rude and disrespectful and they wouldn't even give me my money back basically gave me a used charger and I felt discriminated and worst experience Ever I been coming here for years and the Manager was rude and seen no reason to give me my money back or buy me a new charger!!! I'm hurt by thry actions and gonna go to civil court to settle becareful what you leave they wont be responsible for they actions it hurts..

They have the best customer service. The manager always nice and try to give you the best deal for your money!!!! I visit this place often just for the service I receive everytime I come. Great service!!!!
