They are way overpriced and their maintenance is terrible. They don't announce themselves and walk in before you can even get to the door. They have no respect for safety and security. Constant vandalism and very rude neighbors. Management is a joke and apt manager has made a personal threat once safety concerns were brought to attention. Property is trashy and several damaged areas that have not been repaired in at least a year. Outrageous fees to pay rent online and you can only pay in the office during office hours that don't coincide with availability with a career. No night drop and gym only accessible during office hours as well. Pool seems to always be closed for one reason or another. Not worth it and will not renew lease.

THE PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THE WALLS ARE WAY TOO THIN YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS TALKING. I WILL NOT BE RESIGNING MY LEASE!!!!!!!! MANAGMENT IS A JOKE.....

I've called the office more than once in the past two weeks. The property near the playground and the parking lot is littered with trash from canisters near the play ground and blown from the dumpster. The same trash has been annoyingly visible for 2 weeks. Come on now, that's ridiculous. I stepped out off car onto a taco shell dinner box! Unacceptable. This morning is all still there. I guess maybe I should clean it up? Mg neighbors bass loud music intermittently at ANY TIME from 6am to midnight. The floor and the walls vibrate so intensely I can hear the bass over the TV... No words just bass. I have called the office. No change. I have called police, no warning given bc they can't hear it when they arrive. I called the after hours line for our on property patrol to ask them to turn it down and I was at that time advised by the answering service "my property no longer uses the security services I need to call the police." WHAT?! I often have to ask young adults who are unemployed and home at all hours of the day and night to please move off the steps so I can get down the stairs and to my vehicle. Inside the unit is nice BUT I will not be renewing my lease. I've been living here for only two long months. TWO!!!! ����
