I have been blessed to be married to the CEO of Jakes Realty Group. I have seen time and time again how he gets people that thought would never be able to purchase a home into a home they can afford! I have so many people come to me asking for help and all I do is refer them to him because I know he will take care of them and give them the truth. He helps them get their credit repaired so they don't feel hopeless. He matches them with a lender and keeps in contact with them so they don't feel overwhelmed. He works hard for people that others have put aside. He encourages those that may not be able to get out of renting right now and helps them with a plan to improve their lives one step at a time. I have been with him through blood, sweat and tears during the housing crises and I see him help people with their first starter home. He is awesome. Others have referred him because his going through makes the process for others more meaningful.
