I have used EZ Moving, several times over the last 8 years. My moving experience on last Thursday was the greatest ever. The team arrived on time and had everything loaded up and unloaded in a timely manner. The guys worked really hard and were very professional. Awesome attitudes in the Texas heat, is a plus. Keep up the great work.

I am beyond upset with this company. First of all I was advised the movers would be at my home between 4-6pm only for them to arrive at 7:30pm. Its sad that no one called to say movers would be late not to mention the person answering the phone told me they would call me back after they called drivers and never called me back. I called back and was told drivers had a blow out which every reason why you would call and let customer know whats up. Once movers arrived they started telling me that i was their fourth move, asked me what i was cooking and started moving my items only to start telling me they cant move my storage containers etc, All this and then damaged my furniture no call back after I called and let them know my RECENTLY PURCHASED HIGH END FURNITURE was damaged. Based on my experience I will be taking legal action and advise anybody else not to use this company if you looking for good customer service and professional movers.

NO CALL NO SHOW

DO NOT MESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LEAVE U HANGING!.I had an 9am appt today and 9am 10 am 11am 12pm 1pm and 2pm came and went still no call!! I even called Kim to see what happened but no answer and i left a msg Still no callback WTF so very unprofesional.never again!

If I Could Give Them Zero Stars I Would

I called EZ moving 2 weeks ago to conform my move. The men get there to move my 2 bedroom apartment, and start complaining about the fact that they had just finished a 4hr job and didn't eat to do another. I called and spoke with Kim and advised her that it didnt matter how many hours they took I would pay them for it. She told me that she would contact the drivers who were downstairs lingering for 30 minutes and tell them to start the move. Well I was waiting for them to come in and start the move only to find out they left. I called Kim back multiple times and never got an answer. This is a very unprofessional company, do not use them. I got another company to come out the same night and move me, and it took 3hrs not 4.

They are one of the best movin...

I totally disagree with the person before. Did you call and comfirm it for Sunday? What makes you feel like they are obligated to move your items for free or to compensate your landlord? No moving company, I repeat no company will move you for free. It's your job to comfirm that you are still interested in being moved on Sunday. They are one of the best moving companies I know. I'd recommend them to anyone that ask. I also spoke with Kim to set up my reservation, and she was not rude nor was she showing an attitude of not caring. The guys were early and didn't mind waiting on my family and I to get things ready which I know it had to be annoying. I basically say book them everytime you need a moving company. The person before me just wanted to get out of paying for their items to be moved.

Extremely Poor & Insensitive

This EZ Moving & Delivery Company was poor in verification of items we needed moved, & sending the correct truck size to pack our belongings. Sent a small truck for a 3-bedroom house (included in one bedroom is king size bed), did not record all boxes & tote bins we had to transfer! My husband called & spoke with "KIM", I'm assuming is the owner/business manager and she was apologetic & stated she would send movers out on Monday, March 5, 2012 with bigger truck, my husband stated that was unacceptable, because we need to be out of living area because the lease is up, so she said okay I will send the guys back out with a extra man on Sunday, March 4, 2012 @ 9:00a.m. Well Sunday has came & gone & now are @ Monday, March 5, 2012, called "KIM",& her attitude about the situation was she didn't care & there was nothing she could do to compensate us for unnecessary inconvenience to my family & I & my 88 year old ailing father, "KIM" insulted us with a 10% discount, then told my husband she has no big trucks today when she offered us one for Monday in the first place. Then "KIM", had the nerve to suggest to my.husband to lease a big truck & hire her moving guys to move.our items. Is she serious, & think we that stupid! She asked me what was a fair compensation, & I told her to send her movers over to move us for free & pay my Landlord for the inconvenience to him not getting his keys to his.property by Sunday, March 5, 2012 & paying whatever charges & damages the Landlord will say that disrupted his business! And "KIM" said "NO", she was not going to do that & she was "SO CALLED SORRY, & HAVE A BLESSED (HA! HA!-SARCASTIC) DAY & HUNG UP THE PHONE! DON'T USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL INSENSITIVE MOVING COMPANY! I GIVE THEM A BIG FAT 0 & F: THEY DO NOT PASS IN MY BOOK! FROM AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER & HER FAMILY THAT SUFFERED FRUSTRATION & WE ARE STILL VERY ANGRY!.
