They do not properly supervise the dogs while playing. I boarded my puppy with them for a long weekend. After picking them up, in the car, I noticed a scab on my puppies ear. Once home I discovered multiple bite marks on his neck and scabs on his shoulder and cheek. I called and left a message because no one answered the phone. The next day they called me, asked me to submit pictures, and then they would investigate and call me back. They never noticed while he was there that he was bleeding. That same day I took my puppy to the vet, they shaved him and cleaned the wounds. Since the wounds were easier to see without the hair, I sent new pictures and said that these were the pictures after the vet treated him. They never responded via email or telephone, and they definitely did not offer to cover my vet bills. Very poor customer service and supervision.
