Very rude on the phone, left on hold for extensive amount of time, didn't seem to want to be helpful

Called to check on parts availability. 1st time was left on hold until I hung up. 2nd time, put on hold again. When I finally talked to someone, he was veryr rude and didn't want to take the time to be helpful. Very dissapointing when a local business responds to a customer inquiry in that manner.
