I don't very often provide feedback for any of my online purchases...but I feel I need to let you know how impressed I am with your products, prices, and especially your customer service and help desk. I was expecting to have a bad experience like most people talk about when dealing with customer service. In the case of my dealing with Blain's....I could not be more happy with all of the excellent communications I had when I needed assistance with a recent purchase. I received very timely responses from both Lauren and Danielle and they both were very caring and professional. Tom in the Cedar Falls store also was very caring and should also be commended. They corrected the issue I had in a matter of minutes. They were very concise and caring when dealing with my issue. It's not too often when a company provides such amazing customer service...and it's nice to see there is still a company like Blain's that puts the customer first.

I bought some tires from Walmart this last Monday night and needed them installed on my car immediately as I was leaving town early Tuesday morning and there wouldn't be time to have them installed anywhere else that morning since it was a long trip and I would be on a deadline. Walmart refused to install the tires because of various reasons and would not allow me to return the tires because they were purchased with a gift card. I stopped at Blain's and asked them if they would be able to install the tires on my vehicle that night. I explained my situation to one of the employees who apparently was supposed to be leaving within the next half hour, and rather than tell me he wouldn't be able to get to it, he happily said he would stick around and install them for me because of my situation. My only regret is that I bought my tires from Walmart instead of Blain's, and from now on, I will be going there for all of my automotive needs. As a manager in the service industry, I was impressed with how I was treated, and they have won a new customer.

Extremely unhappy with them. Had tires put on, they tighten too tight and warped the rims, $250 to repair. Ordered a hitch that was supposed to be 2 weeks, they forgot, went in and reordered it, when I called 2 weeks later they said it should be there any day, but later found out they just ordered it after we called and it'd be another 2 weeks, told them to cancel the order which they agreed, I ordered it with overnight shipping from Amazon for less.When I went in to get the credit back, they said there are no return on special order, and took my money. Will NEVER buy from them again.

you guys need to put your store hours on your web site just a sugestion besides that great store
