After spending the the day at ...

After spending the the day at Sandia Crest my Husband and I were looking for a place to eat when "The Lazy Lizard Grill" caught our eye. No one greeted us after we walked in, so after a few minutes we found a menu behind the bar and helped ourselves to one. We sat at a near by table and proceded to look through the menu, and as we both decided on what we'd like to order I looked up and noticed that still no employees were coming to wait on us. Just then my Husband said "we'll give it another minute or two and if no one comes we're leaving." I said "No, let's leave now" We both felt that if no one could even acknowledge us in the 5 to 7 minutes we were there then they must not need our business. It has become so expensive to eat out anymore people are not going to spend their hard earned money in a Restaurant that doesn't care wether they're there or not. After we stood up from the table we both took a second and looked around the room and up at the bar where the Barmaid was busy chatting with a customer drinking beer, and noticed that not one person looked our way. It was as if we were invisable. I wouldn't patronize this business if it were the last place open on that highway. We ended up at a Schloski's sp. near our home in Rio Rancho, and the service was unbelievable, first with a big "Hello" as we walked in the door. Wow!
