On Sunday, we were on our way home to Las Vegas. We stopped for gas in Cedar City and our power steering hose blew out. Of course, nobody was open. We called several places with no luck. We saw the great reviews for this business and called, expecting another dead end. To our surprise, Jason answered the phone! Unfortunately, he was on a service call and didn't expect to be back for a few hours. He said he could help us in the morning if we still needed him. So after trying several more numbers, we decided to get a hotel and take care of it Monday morning. We called Jason's number and this time his wife answered. Very nice lady. Took down all our information for the next morning. The next morning he met us at our car. We ended up having our car towed to his shop. He called us in about 15 minutes to tell us he had located the problem, and had already located the part! Several hours later, our car was fixed and we were back on the road! And the price was most reasonable! We were very pleased with our experience with Jason and his shop and happy to know who we'll call if the need arises in the future! We highly recommend them!

My son is visiting from California and had some car trouble... You can imagine trying to find a mechanic open on Sunday! Got a hold of Jason at Tough Times Mobile Auto Repair and he came to us. Great guy, great fast service!! He was awesome... if you need a repair guy give him a call.

Most honest mechanic in the business. He came out and helped me with a simple fix to what I thought was a big problem. Wouldn't even let me pay him for his time or the belts that he bought for the repair that we didn't use. I will definitely be using him again in future repairs. My axle seal was leaking on my dually Dodge Ram truck. I called Jason because of the great reviews given him on this site. He told me the difficulty of fixing this on a dually. (It was on the back axle) He said it could cost $200 to $300. He arrived when he said he would and fixed it quickly. The part cost $70 and he only charge $30 for labor. Granted it went much easier than expected, but still he could have charged much more. Most mobile mechanics I know charge $75 just to crawl under the truck. To say that I was pleased is an understatement. I actually did something I thought I would never do for a mechanic. I gave him a tip! I certainly recommend him for any problems you might have with your vehicles.

My truck was broke down for some time because I was told from a few shops that the transmission was gone and it would cost me a lot to get it repaired. I found Tough times mobile auto repair and talked to Jason and the price he gave me was going to save me a lot of money. Jason came to my house and looked at my truck he crawled underneath it and had me move the gear shifter around and start it. After only a few minutes he crawled out from underneath my truck started laughing and said he would be right back and left.He came back and started working on my truck again and in about an hour he was done.it ended up not being the transmission but the transfer case and he had a used one in his yard. Jason saved me a lot of money and put a smile on my wife's face because the money I would have had to put into my truck can now be used to buy the kids Christmas. My car wouldn't start because I needed a new starter. Jason checked out my car even though I called him late at night. He was able to get my car back to his place and was able to fix it by the next day. He also fixed my wheel barring and did a coolant flush. Did everything for a good price and also gave me a 15% discount since I'm a student at SUU. Definitely someone you should go to, to get your car fixed.

Was traveling from Vegas to Salt Lake and broke down on the way, my car started overheating. I was referred by a Local Motel to Contact Tough Times Auto Repair, and Jason said it was my water pump , He replaced the timing belt and water pump in my 1996 Chrysler Concord for just under $500.00. I called around to check other prices and he was almost $300.00 cheaper than the lowest one. My car runs great and no more overheating . Thanks again Jason .
