Showed up four days late, tried to tell me one of my problems was hard water and they could install a water softener even though I already had one, would not quote labor because "It was hard to say" and then ended up charging and excessive amount ($245 for toilet install), tracked mud into my house, installed a fancy seat I am not happy with even though I told him I just wanted the basic

Jackson plumbing is a locally owned plumbing company that has set strong roots here in southern Utah, I have had them do many repairs over the last 15 years and they have always been knowledgeable and honest. They show up when they say they'll be there and are very good at fixing it right the first time.No job has ever been to small. I have had them replace a broken garden hose bib to completely reworking my extremely out dated radiant floor heat. The plumber charged me for a faucet that was not leaking only to fix a pipe that was lose later. Also after paying my bill in full (with proof of a receipt) 3 months later they tried to charge me more labor because they didn't feel my home warranty paid them enough. After explaining to them that I did not owe them money the lady on the phone threatened to ruin my credit and take me to small claims court (over 100 dollars extra labor that they thought the home warranty should pay) and then the lady hung up on me, not a very professional company. I would stay away from Jackson Plumbing and heating.
