Did a great, inexpensive, job for my pretty wife's heels; but when I took in a full re-sole I paid a full price and was disappointed in some aspects of the work. My beautiful Cherry Red Ostrich-Knee-Skin Boots were polished with black shoe polish. Would have been almost okay but the beautiful multi-colored stitching on the lower half of the expensive boots was now BLACK with the polish. Are you kidding me? Nice gentleman, and does a great job with the simple stuff and the re-soles, but now I'm wondering about his eye-sight or the lighting in his work area. I wish him well, but I'm afraid I'm going to St George for my next repairs.

I wish I would have read Dan's review before I went in. He is spot on. I was told I would get a call in two weeks when my shoe was done. Two and a half weeks later, I called and told I could come and get it. I was having a zipper repaired on a boot. There was glue all over, the zipper was crooked as were the stitches to parts of the zipper not even being sewn in and the stitches were loopy because the machine was obviously not working properly. I told him I want paying for that, he took my shoe and without a word, cut the zipper out and handed it back to me.

Worse customer service ever. Need something done and dropped it off 3 weeks in advance and nothing was done. The owner said it was not on his priority list to complete when he originalyou said no problem. Find a different shoe repair shop.
