Mrs Orzo is a bitter liar. We have been served auburn and the surrounding areas for over 10 years and have never left a customer unhappy. Mrs orzo is a slumlord in auburn and left a deposit for a window job and then left the country on vacation for a month and never left us a key to enter the home so she could measure the windows and do our prep work. Upon her return she called and we notified her that we could not gain entry to her apartment house and that she needed to give us a key which she did. We then explained to her that we could not do the work by the original deadline due to not being able to get inside the house. She became very irate but understood that it was her own fault but then demanded we drop what we had going on and do her job. This would not be fair to our valued customers so we did not agree to it. We offered her a full refund and she realized that she could not get the job done for what we bid the job for so she asked me to please make sure the job was done before winter. She called every day and even had the police call me to ask about the contract. After several threats we decided we did not want to do business with her . She has made threats to my family and myself and lied to a police investigator. We are confident that she will be charged with giving false information and that all charges will be dropped. Mrs orzo has done business with us before And was so comfortable with us that she has pre paid us in full and the work has always been completed. That is until she did not get her way. To this day we have never received any request to return her deposit.

If you want to lose your money go ahead with Bill Woodman! I had a contract with Bill Woodman to replace windows in Auburn, NY. I paid him $2600 at 05/17/2013 for the windows. The work had to be done by 07/01/2013. He took the money and never bought windows, never did any work and did not return my phone calls. I went to Auburn police. The police filed papers against of him in September; 2013.The criminal case is still open. Now is 02/05/2014 and so far I did not get my money back.
