I have been a customer of Luis Auto Body (Johnycake Rd, Catonsville, MD) for couple of years and they have been very good to me. They took care of my vehicles above and beyond expectations. They gave me a very reasonable price and delivered an exceptional results. I am very satisfied with their service performance. Luis Auto Body don't play games to their customers. The LAB staff are nice, very sincere, and hardworking! The customers needs and satisfactions are always their FIRST and TOP priority. The owner "Mr. Luis" is NOT a difficult person to talk to and to deal with. Also, he know how to listen to his customers needs. Luis always do his very best and go extra mile to make their/his customers happy. That said, I highly recommend Luis Auto Body to anyone!!!

In the event you're a bit dissatisfied or having issues with the service, just talk and discuss with Mr. Luis (Owner) "express your concern", he will immediately addressed your needs to get it fix and resolved. He is always willing and ready to help. He enormously helped me!
