I had to waive the white flag in defeat and call in a pro to remove the broken shoe from our tub drain. Nothing in our home was built to code, and even the pro was perplexed by the situation. I have never had to call in a plumber so I was hesitant, but Cantons were awesome! The process was very quick and reasonably priced. I called on a Saturday morning and by noon my tub was back to working order. I have some drywall work to do, but after my DIY efforts I figured that was the only option to get the pipe drain out and replaced. I would certainly recommend them. Our location is Randallstown, MD

Shout out to Catons Plumbing & Drains! We received service within the same day of our call. The plumber was courteous and professional. Our issue was solved in no time and the diagnosis was right on! Catons even waived a service fee because we are literally not even a minute around the corner from the business. We will definitely call them in the event of another plumbing or drain issue.

I was very satisfied with how Catons fixed my clogged drain. The technician identified the source of the problem almost immediately, and was able to save time and materials while removing decades of built-up gunk in my line. The service was timely and professional.

I had a leak in my outdoor spigot. I contacted Caton's Plumbing through the internet to request an appointment. They called me back within the hour and setup an appointment for the same day. The plumber gave me a call shortly after and was at my house within another hour. He replaced the spigot at a fair price and left the job area clean. He was also very personable. Great job!

Needed to fix a big leak in my shower/tub. Called and made an appointment for a Saturday. Was given a time of 9 to 11 AM. The technician arrived at 12 noon, but I Had been advised of this. The technician did not have the parts with him. He went to get them at a Local Home Depot. In the end the problem was fixed but at a slightly more cost that I thought. The technician was very polite and the actual work was fast. He gave me a 20% discount on something and waived the trip fee. Overall good experience. I am from Towson, MD, and the tech was from the Catonsville, MD, branch.

I was able to get a same day appointment to have my shower fixed. Great customer service and within minutes, I had a fully functioning shower again. Will call Catons for any future plumbing needs.

Canton was referred to us by our property management company due to a clog in our pipes. Nick our technician was very helpful and informative. He explained that our problem was caused by our use of "flush-able" wipes. Definitely will not be using them anymore. Thank you for helping us Nick.

I am writing this review to share my recent experience with your company. Before I proceed, I should minimally explain the methodology used to Catons Plumbing & Drains (hereafter Catons). I merely used randomly selection by picking up the Yellow Pages and noticed the 24hour service provided and decided to give select. After placing the call at approximately 1:30am Tuesday, January 20, 2015. I explained to the Catons personnel what the nature of the bathroom problem was. The Catons personnel informed me that a Catons plumber would arrive within the next 45 minutes because they were coming from Baltimore, MD and live in Bowie, MD.



When the Catons Plumber (Bruce Jordan, Jr. #2171) arrived to my residence he introduced himself and ask me to explain the problem. During this time, I showed him where the problem was occurring along with informing him the water off valve was located. After Bruce did his assessment of the water leakage problem, he quickly noted the type of labor and parts along with its costs for the repairs. Most important, Bruce explain exactly what he was doing and answered all of my questions concerning the water leakage. Keep in mind, Bruce was user-friendly and professional in his demeanor even in the wee hours of the morning. As a result, Bruce fixed the water leakage problem in the bathroom. Here’s the real kicker to my story, approximately 15 minutes after Bruce departed my residence I did notice the hot water was not functioning. I immediately call Bruce, he turned back around and went into his troubleshooting mode. Within in a matter on a few minutes, Bruce noticed someone from the Fire Department turned off the hot water and rectified that instantaneously.



I was very pleased with the professional work provided by Catons plumber Bruce Jordan, Jr. #2171 and the Catons dispatcher who conducted a follow call after the work was completed and to my satisfaction. I can honestly say that based upon this experience, I will definitely recommend Catons Plumbing & Drains to my family, friends, and colleagues. Job well done! Excellente!

We had a great experience with Catons Plumbing. The plumber arrived on time to unclog our main sewer line. He ran his machine and then snaked a camera down the line to see if it was totally clear. He showed me what the problem was on the video display and while showing me, noticed that there was some grease deposits still remaining. He then went all the way outside and dragged his heavy equipment back in to run it again! :-) He seemed to want the problem fixed more than I did. I am thankful we chose Catons Plumbing!

The plumber arrived at the appointed time and explained the charges for clearing a clogged drain. The job was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. He also explained procedures to follow to make the sure the drain does not get clogged for a very long time. Thank you Catons

I sent an email after hours and got a return call before 8 a.m. Plumber was at my house by 9:30, did an amazing job and took the time to explain everything, as well as offering money saving tips for the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They did a good job. Figured out what needed to be done and the fixed the problem quickly. Bruce was our technician and he was great.

I called in the morning and they came out early that day to fix the problem. Bruce was knowledgeable and efficient and the whole experience was pleasurable. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors and will not hesitate to call them in the future.
