My hair got simply overcooked. It broke leaving me with choppy lumps of hair. Do not risk it, go elsewhere. I was offered to purchase an over the counter conditioner as a solution.

I just recently had my hair colored, highlighted and cut. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the service.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! the workers are wonderful and are very talented. you will always leave the place with a smile and it would make you come back again!

i love this place it is the greatest place ever and i wouldnt want to go anywhere else. i love the people there and they are so nice. It is worth the money you pay for and you always leave there a smile and with a good hair do. I LOVE THIS PLACE

been going here for years. family owned, with a great environment. the lady there has been coloring my hair every month and I love it. the barber does my kids hair and they actually like their haircuts

I just moved to Cathedral City. I heard that this shop did really good manicures and pedicures. I have been trying to get an appointment (their sign says "Walk-Ins Welcome-ha ha!) for over a month. The man that answers the phone is rude, uncommunicative, impatient and confrontational. Today I called and he referred me to a different phone number. I was trying to find out if the manicurist was working today and he became unbelievably rude to me. I have never secured an appointment at this shop and would not become a customer now for anything. You would think this business would try hard to get new customers. Apparently not. Do not risk it-go somewhere else. Anywhere else!

When I called the guy that answered was so unprofessional, I dont even think he said the name of the shop. Sounded like he was asleep......
