I had to wait a while for my new XC40, not because of a lack of inventory, but because I had a particular set of features in mind. I ordered it from Volvo cars Palm Springs and got just what I wanted!! I was kept informed of progress along the way and was notified right away when it arrived.

Everyone I dealt with at this place was knowledgeable personable and working hard to make my experience satisfying and memorable. I got a great "tour" of the car's features from my sales rep., Tony Huff.( My last car had no digital features and I really needed a lesson). His demos and explanations were very clear and helpful.

The paperwork process went smoothly and I even met the parts manager......got a nice sunshade for the windshield.

Everything about my dealings with this business was positive and I LOVE MY CAR!

I just want o give kudos to Marissa & Sthepany for their excellent handling of me on helping me with the operations tools in my XC60.
Marissa, from the start when ordering my vehicle, very professional, I truly was impressed.
She made me feel comfortable during the whole process.
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Marissa was very informative, and she was answering every question of mines patiently.
Nowadays, it commonly seen that car saleswomen just don’t do enough of a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But Marissa delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience.
You have hired these two incredible people at your dealership, truly awesome. I was genuinely impressed with their service to me, and their understanding.
The teamwork Marissa & Sthepany did together was outstanding. I will always recommend these two to any customer.
I will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead.
