Truly. Don't go here. Smooth-talking Tony is the epitome of shady auto repairmen. Rarely had problems with my vehicle until I took it to Tony and his questionable staff. After my first appointment with Tony, had to take it back because his staff couldn't get it right the first time. Over the next two weeks, it visited auto shops four more times. Thanks, Performance Plus.

The free coffee and doughnuts and sub-par complimentary car wash are not worth the headaches that ensue. My best advice: don't go there. Make sure no one does.

THEY DIAGNOSED AND SOLVED A MYSTERIOUS FRONT END ISSUE, THAT I TOOK TO 4 OTHER SHOPS WHO WERE ALL STUMPED, BUT TONY AND HIS TEAM GOT IT RESOLVED AND NOW IT WORKS VERY WELL.

Great service, courteous competent people who do what they say they will do, within the promised timeframe, and at the quoted price. An impressive operation, they are now our mechanic of choice for all our vehicles. I know mechanics, and when I find an excellent mechanic, they get all my repeat business. Plus they are far less expensive than the dealership.

Very Rude customer service. I asked for a simple cleaning for a gas tank and was asking about the procedure. I got a response of "if you keep me on the phone longer ill charge you more" then hung up. Horrible Customer Service

Had a" noise" driving me crazy for quite some time. After trying 2 other shops and losing money, the guys at Performance were able to diagnose and fix my car the first time.

Performance Plus has been taking care of my SAAB for over a year. They are even quick to point out what does not need fixing which is truly unique in the automotive repair business. I appreciate this kind of integrity. I have recommended them to several other friends and everyone really appreciated their service and honesty.

Absoultely the greatest. We took our VW there on a special wash and headlight buffing. VW wanted to replace headlights at $750 each, said buffing/sanding wouldn't work. (we triedit ourselves and it didn't). Tony's staff did a great job and our car came back spotless, with headlights brighter than ever. We took a vacation, had car trouble on way back and remembered great service so took the car in. They didn't charge to check it out, brought it back for repair and their charges were incredibly fair. I would recommend this service oriented shop to anyone who wants a good, honest job at a fair price, -- something almost impossible to find these days. Thanks Tony, Beth & the guys in the back of the house!!!!

Beth and Tony will take care of you. They have their customers' best interest at heart. I can't usually be bothered with writing reviews but in this case I had to. I highly recommend this business to anyone that wants to be treated like a queen (or king). They will stop at nothing to make sure that you leave happy. Thanks PP Auto!

So Lucky....Came in for the deal of the day and the owner, Tony, spent an hour looking at my car. Didn't charge me a diagnostic fee.

Changed a fuse, and a brake taillight and didn't charge me a dime.



Who does stuff like this? Old fashioned service, customer for life....They got it right!



Would definitely refer my friends and family.

You better have a large bank account and don't expect to have your car repaired properly here. Save yourself money by avoiding this place. The BBB should post a warning sign about this place.

It was time for my 60 thousand mile check up on my FX35 to keep my

warranty in check.

My 30 thousand mile check up I took it to Infinity.

Over $700. When I picked it up, it had one of those paper mats on the

floor

and the car was dirty. Looking for a better option I checked

yellowbook.com

I read some wonderful reviews about Performance Plus Automotive thought

I would give them a try. All I can say is WoW!

Thanks Tony, you and your friendly staff have a customer for life.

As if the money I saved wasn't enough, coffee, doughnuts and what a

sense of humor that Tony has.

Oh ya and my car, sparkling clean.. When was the last time that

happened?

Performance plus is a shinning example of friendly reliable SERVICE!

Stay away from this business. Very unethical. Has cost me $4200 to fix a car owner said was in great shape. Please don't support.
