The old lady owner, butchered my shih-tzu..Got my money back...Never, ever take any dog here unless the old lady owner is retired..

This place is great, caring and very professional!

My vet said he sees dog nails pulled out, but not usually by groomers. He said the nail is completely gone and had to be pulled forcefully, is very painful and dangerous due to the bleeding it causes. This groomer injured my little dog in this way, lied to me that he "didn't do anything" took $40 for grooming cost, and refused to reimburse me for a vet bill of $290. She was fine before she went for her grooming appointment, so it did occur there. Any one else have this problem especially with this groomer?

Great place, first time I took my 2 dogs to have their nails trimmed and one is VERY skittish! But, Carol (one of the owners) was extremely patient and professional.

I had heard from friends that this grooming salon was a 'find' and they were right.

Also, was ONLY $8 per pup! Will be going back again.
