Let me tell you HOW HORRIBLE they are.



1. Its a Husband & Wife team

2. They are 65+ Years old, and extremely old school and rude.

3. The Wife, that answers all the calls may have alzheimers

4. The Husband, literally TALKS too much instead of doing his job. One of the laziest and worthless AC Technicians I have ever met.

5. They are so lazy. 100% of their business comes from Home Warranty Claims.



Here is what happened.



Home Warranty Assigned them to one of my properties. They come out, he talks the entire time, very lazy and then leaves. He informs Warranty company of issues. I ask him for a report of what he saw, he told me blah blah blah, but warranty wont cover it.



I call warranty, they declined it. I then send them home inspection report. They realize it IS and SHOULD be covered, they then approve it. Dove air is called on 22nd and told to move fwd with repair. I call on the 23rd, the old wife who answers the calls, said she never heard. I have them RE CALL her, they do, they tell her AGAIN on the 23rd.



After 7 Days, THEY NEVER COME TO FIX, NEVER CALL ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. I call, 7 days later, she then tells me it was never approved. Apparently, GARY the husband, calls back to home warranty making excuses why it should not be covered etc.. and then gets home warranty company to retract the approval.



I even ask him for a bid of what it would cost to fix, he doesn't even respond Him and his wife are some of the oldest school, most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my entire life.



They still use a pager.



I have over 8 properties, and have never experienced such a poor business venture.



I strongly hope they fail, go out of business, and they just need to retire. I will make it clear to all home warranty companies to audit their process and tactics. This is one of the worst companies. Stay far away.

I used them to service then replace 2 old air conditioners in 2007 and they were great, just as neighbors who also used them said. They are still going strong in 2012, and I highly recommend them.
