I live in a manufactured home park and Aladdin installed my awning a few months ago, the park I live in is very windy and one of the support poles was damaged. I spoke to 2 different people from the company who assured me that they would give me a call to come fix it (they were doing other homes in the park) After waiting at least a month I called and was told someone would call back, they didn't, I called another time and again spoke to someone who again said would call back, wrong again. I called a third time and left a voicemail. Now 3 months later my fiancé calls them and got through but after expressing his frustration about not being called back was told "they're busy and will get out to the park eventually" and got hung up on! My fiancé called back twice and now they won't answer the phone! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are rude, they lie and the products that are supposed to withstand "120 mph winds" don't. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
