Whatever you do, DON'T go near this place! I just had the most upsetting experience. I took my grandson and I asked for 2 simple buzz cuts. Half inch for my grandson, three quarters for me. Tammy was busy with a lady customer, so we were done by the older, bald guy. He hadn't a clue what he was doing! And he didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. My grandson ended up with 1/2 at the back and sides, and at least 3/4 on top. Then I made my biggest mistake. I got in the chair. After he had futzed around with scissors and comb for a few minutes, I had to again explain to him with sign language that I wanted a buzz cut. So he started on the back and sides. I noticed that, like my grandson, he did not continue the cut all the way over my head. At a certain point, he started futzing with my right sideburn. He started saying something as he held a comb where my sideburn joins my beard. Now I have a full beard which I maintain lovingly. I thought he was saying he would trim my sideburn, so I said OK. Imagine my horror when he proceeded to shave DOWNWARDS and he lopped off my whole sideburn and the top part of my beard!! I shouted in horror and stopped him. He then proceeded to get very angry and say over and over again, 'You tole me', 'You tole me'! At that point, Tammy stepped in and finished the buzz cut in a few minutes. I could tell she was angry at me and she did an awful job. It was uneven and she used 1/2 not 3/4. By this time I was so upset that I just wanted out of there. I foolishly paid them for their butchery and left. But I'm so upset that I intend to find every place I can on the internet and warn people of these quite atrocious hairdressers. Don't go near them if you value your hair (and beard). I would give zero stars, but it won't let me do that!
