I bought used Bruno stairlift on craigslist.com for my father but needed someone to install it. I sent email to Mobility 4U via their website and I got response the next day. They installed the lift in about 2 hours.



Two days ago (7 months later) the lift stopped working and I called them again. They instructed me over the phone and we confirmed that batteries went dead as cleaning lady unplugged the lift. They came today with new batteries and lift is operating again. I am very happy that they are able to maintain the lift even though we didn't buy the lift from them.

I needed a lift for my mother in Concord. I did internet research and find out that Acorn is pretty affordable and yet very reliable. Called Mobility 4U and they were at my mother's house the next day to do the estimate. We got very good price.

The lift arrived 10 days later and was installed in less then 3 hours. My mother is very happy with the lift. She also said that technician who installed the lift was very knowledgeable and took extra time to explain how to use the lift. I would recommend Mobility 4U to everyone.
