Today was the first and last time I will be going to Castle Rock Building Supply. I went in to see if they had any topsoil because 4 Corners Farm and Garden was out and the lady laughed and said we don't carry garden stuff. I thought that was weird since on my way in, I stopped and looked at some rakes and shovels. When I mentioned that to her, she said those are for concrete. I thought to myself, ok lady whatever. She immediately rubbed me the wrong way by being snarky and laughing. I do a lot of projects around the house so I decided to look around anyway to see if there was anything else I needed. I am repairing a fence at the moment and I could have bought some things. I decided to give her another chance before I left so I walked slowly to the front door expecting her to say something like sorry we couldn't help you, or have a nice day, or thanks for stopping by or was there anything else we could help you with. But NO, nothing. She didn't say a word as I opened the door to leave. People need to learn manners and not be so rude. In times like these with the pandemic, I am sure they are suffering just like a lot of small businesses are. I don't know who she was but she was sure rude and unprofessional and had very poor customer service skills. All I have to say is Good Luck Lady, I won't be back.
