Took our line trimmer in yesterday with a problem that my husband couldn't work out himself. The motor was operational, but the trimming parts had no movement at all.

I can't remember how many times I've had brought our broken tools in (on behalf of my husband), every time I was greeted by friendly staff with an offer of bottled water, even that I was there to seek repair service instead of rental.

Garry took on my case and repaired the line trimmer while I went around the store getting all the other stuff I needed. He even gave the line trimmer a good clean and showed me how to do the basic maintenance so I could teach my husband.

I would highly recommend this rental service department at Castle Rock Home Depot to anyone. 5-star service, definitely!
