I have been in this store many times. Without exception I have been treated well, questions happily answered, and received good advice.Last time I was in there, the lady at the register demonstrated how horse-whip works for my son.I don't know what was up with Mrscaddy -- either she was snaarky to them (they are rather down-home folks that do not take kindly to being dumped on)...or perhaps somebody was just having a bad day?

Woman at front desk was rude, not helpful, smirked because I didn't know the exact breed of chicks I bought. Being a first time customer I was treated poorly, mocked and made to feel a joke. The hispanic gentleman helping her told me I only needed a small bag of fed while she insisted on the largest size available ($$). She then started speaking to him in spanish on front of me, convincing him to suggest the largest bag. Extremely annoyed I purchased a few items and while I drove away saw her standing at the front door watching me and laughing. Who does that??!! WILL NEVER BE BACK. Tried another castle rock feed store on 2nd and perry and the woman answered all my questions, was genuine in her excitement for me to start this new venture and gave me great advice and recommendations. CUSTOMER SERVICE is what pays the bills.
