Provided by YPmobileThe woman that answers the phone at the Cassopolis branch is dreadful. When we have dealt with the answering services they were very pleasant & helpful. I don't understand why someone would have a job working with customers on the phone if they are that unpleasant. They definitely need a new customer service rep. We will be shopping for a new propane provider!
