Getting ready to do business with smk accounting, I decided to Google them just to check them out. Too my surprise, it came back that their LCAM is a convicted criminal who also just had his real estate license placed on probation by the state of Florida in January 2013. The LCAM's name is Thomas Wolf who is also known under the alias of Thomas Tempfer. When I questioned the owner of smk, a Steven Kleinberger about this criminal working for him, Steven paused on the phone and then said "as long as the state has not revoked his license then Tom works for me" and then he hung up the phone. I'm thinking that is an insane answer. You hire a criminal and then defend him when he continues to commit crimes and you want people to allow you access to their financial records and information? That's crazy and irresponsible on every level there is.
