since I found out about this place I have made them my #1. They really know what they're talking about.

This place is awesome, I call them all the time when I have questions about my bearded dragon and since this is the first dragon I've owned I have A LOT of questions and they always assure me that I'm not going to kill her or anything crazy.

Plus there's a really cute guy that works there sometimes too.....

Anyway, this place is awesome. Every time I buy something I always browse the super cool reptiles/fish. Overall they really know their stuff and the prices are super reasonable.

Pet Bazaar is a fantastic little shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful when my boyfriend and I went their looking to buy a gargoyle gecko (which by the way are the cutest little things!).

We were greeted and helped immediately (by not just one) but three or four of the staff members, all giving us advice on what to do, as this was our first reptile. You can tell that the people that work there care not just about their paycheck (a feeling you get from many workers at the chain shops, such as Petsmart), but really have a passion about the animals.

Pet Bazaar has a wide variety of reptiles, spiders and fish and everything you would need to keep your pet healthy and happy for a reasonable price.

I am so happy my boyfriend and i came across Pet Bazaar on the internet, i would recommend it to anyone!

they know what they are talking about there are people that can tell you have to take care of everything ...But somethings if you could to take care of it you better know what you are going to get into they explain if you ask ! you have to ask questions! there is no other way around it they know what they are talking about they can tell you how to fix it , or they will ask you to bring it in first of all i have dealt them them for 3 years they are great ! when my son left for two weeks i found out our lizards had baby's no clue now how to take care of it but i was too late before i asked questions ,If you have a problem ask them they can help i would not go any where else !

About two months ago my boyfriend and I were looking into purchasing Chinese Water Dragons. We went into Pet Bazaar to just browse and maybe purchase a thing or two for our lizards. After walking around the store for a bit, looking at items and their wonderful variety of reptiles we ended up buying everything we would need from their store including our two lizards. The staff are all very helpful with any question we have for them. After a week we noticed that our two lizards were not getting along. We ended up calling the store and they offered an exchange or a refund for a new lizard. I believe that no corporate store such as petsmart would be so considerate. We exchanged for a new friend and have had not one problem since. The staff are very knowledgeable about all their animals, including reptiles they don't sell in the store. This is the only store we shop at and look forward to every visit when we go. I would never recommend another store to anyone but Pet Bazaar.

The thing is great pet store but from my experience they DO NOT exchange or refund. They happily take stuff back but WITHOUT REFUND. I've returned stuff twice nothing exchanged or refunded.

I found Pet Bazaar while looking into getting a bearded dragon four years ago. I will never go to a chain pet store again after this. The staff is courteous and really knows their animals. They are a little pricey, but it's worth it-they actually feed their reptiles fresh vegetables! I've never seen that anywhere else. My only complaint is that there's only one Pet Bazaar, and it's 45 minutes from my house, but I'm willing to go that far for this place.

This is a friendly pet shop, very clean too. The staff is almost always nice and attentive.However the staff doesn't seem to know too much about the fish they sell. I have bought 4-5 different fish there only to return them because they were not compatible with my existing community tanks. Each one I bought I asked many questions and gave all the info I could to make sure they know what I have in my tanks. It has led to the loss of 3 of my favorite fish and lots of plants. They do not know wich ones are schooling, territorial, or aggressive and wich aren't besides cichlids.The fish they sell are nice and I've never had a problem with getting a sick fish, just bad advice even from their fish guru.I do still shop there but take my advice and get your species info from the web before you buy. The reason I gave 4 stars is because with all these problems I've had, they have not hesitated to take back fish and give refund, credit or exchange.

It's not too often I am able to compliment a pet shop. Usually, they are full of wrong information and will sell you anything just to make the sale. Not Pet Bazaar - their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They really take the time to know their animals and their proper care and pass that info on to you. Their only drawback is their price on feeders is too high.

If you are into reptiles you MUST check this place out. Huge selection and great staff
