We purchased 4 Vibratory tumblers for our business back in Oct. 2014. The tumblers themselves work fine but they had given us a quote and included free shipping. When we went to pay, they charged us shipping. They make promises (IN WRITING) that they don't own up to. We spent $12,870 in equipment with these people and were promised that the $350+ shipping would be waived but when we questioned Mr. Ocheltree, he denied it and just brushed us off.
