No stars if I could, Leroy's was unable to call us back and setup services in a timely manner. When finally reaching Leroy's he stated he would be at our house the next day at 3:00 pm. 3 came and went and when we called and finally got a hold of the plumber he stated that "He had a busy day" No Sorry or courtesy call he then stated he doesn't work past 5 so he didn't even try to make things right. Here we were ready to give him our money all he had to do is show up and do his job. No customer service these day, what a lost art.
