This has to be one of the busiest post offices in America. There is no home mail delivery in Arizona City and 10,500 people live here. Imagine this many people going to the post office daily! I have always received courteous service and think they do an amazing job.

I just moved to Arizona City a month ago and was required to open a post office box at this post office. I went there to ask them why every time I try to type my physical address in on-line to order something that is not eligible to be delivered to a p.o. box via FedEx or UPS, my physical address always comes up as invalid. When I asked the post office clerk if they could please address this issue; she said to try using the zip code for Casa Grande instead of the zip code for Arizona City. I tried using that new zip and it doesn't work either. I have been extremely inconvenienced by their lack of concern and unprofessionalism. I've had to have my packages delivered to the FedEx located in Casa Grande and waste my time, gas and money--had to pay a $5.00 fee to get my package--just because the people who work at this post office don't want to do their jobs. I'd give them a minus five stars if I could!

This is the worst post office I ever had a po.box at. I never receive all my mail. I sent a card with money to my relative. The card was there the money was gone and the letter was now taped. I think all the people in this post office should be laid off and hire new people who will do their jobs right and not steal from people. Something needs to be done . There is a lot of people having similar problems with this post office.
