As the owner of Jeff's Appliance Repair, I would like to clarify the situations of the one star reviews.

I was unable to repair the RV refrigerator only because the broken part was not actually part of the refrigerator. The RV manufacturer added the part. I don't even recall charging anything for the trip. (Thanks for nothing)

The Samsung washer was difficult to diagnose. Now that I am Samsung warranty authorized, I have access to their technical information. About the time her washer broke, Samsung identified the problem and there is now a repair for it. She didn't pay for nothing, I spent about 45 minutes in her hot garage trying to find an elusive problem. I understand her impatience, I wouldn't want to be without a washer either. Had she waited a bit longer, I could have fixed it.



To everyone else, remember:

We had an issue with our newer washer and originally we were going to have a Maytag specialist come out and fix our washer but after finding out it was going to take 2 weeks for a repair appointment I decided to seek someone else. I found Jeff's appliance online and I have to say I am so glad that I did. I called on Wednesday and had an appointment the next day at a time very convenient for our busy family. Jeff is courteous, knowledgeable and by all means professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have an appliance repaired correctly and quickly.

We were referred here from Home Depot to fix our Samsung washer. He promptly made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival could not work on the washer without the owners manual. Charged us 30.$ for the trip. After several calls back, he indicated he was waiting to be authorized by Samsung as an authorized repairman. He did not touch our washer but promptly cashed our check. Go somewhere else for service. Unless you have a bunch of time, to diagnosis and report your problems.

Called mid morning on Saturday was washing clothes early afternoon. The Guy that cames was friendly, and knowledgeable and did a great job Thanks.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Jeff. Prompt, polite, and professional. He got my fridge back up and running for a fraction of what Sears was asking for the fix. I'll never call anyone else for an appliance repair!

After dealing with multiple appliance repair companies in the valley through maytag, with no resolution for months, I called Jeff's appliance repair to replace my ice maker. He came within 24 hours, completed the job within 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Living in casa grande, I find local service companies to be unreliable. He now has a very loyal customer! Prompt, personable, professional LOCAL service.....a rare find! Thanks Jeff!!

I called Jeff about my front load washer not being balanced, & he came the next day. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem & fixed it in a short time for a small bill. He also assured me the washer was in good shape. I highly recommend him.

I called Jeff around 1pm after another Service Technician hung up on me. He agreed to come at 4:30 to attempt to balance my front load washer. He completed the same job I had been working on for three, in less than an hour. Thank you Jeff; you are my new repair man.

I called Jeff in hopes that he could take a look at my fridge, which had quit cooling overnight. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and was able to fix the problem quickly. I was thrilled to have someone that was punctual, friendly and that explained to me exactly what was wrong, but was even happier that he had the part on hand and had it fixed in under an hour. Many thanks from a very happy customer! We will definitely use him again when the need strikes!

I woke up to find my fridge became a heater overnight.....called Jeff at 8am thinking it would be at least a day till he could look at my fridge, he fit me in at 11am same day I called.....had the part to fix my fridge on his truck and the problem fixed in less than a hour and it is working great now....EXCELLENT service and Great prices....I highly recommend his business!!!Chris Corbett
