I normally do not post about a negative experience, but this morning I went back to Fagerberg's, after having a track bar installed and alignment done last Friday.

My truck drove out of the shop just fine, but affer 20 ir 30 miles on the freeway, it is experiencing death wobble again.

I returned this morning only to be told by the "hired help" that I would be responsible for another alignment charge. I disagreed but also said fine, if pay. They refused and in short words told me to get the f out.

What's worse, Friday the same tech told me without hesitation to come on back if there was an issue. As stated above, I was actually asked to leave, and told that I was a "pain in the ass" and "I am tired of working on your truck". Sadly, Brian the owner was nowhere to be found. I will go back to complain oncce I know he is there.

The truck is a leveled 2016 RAM. I have been treated rude before and can take that with a grain of salt, but I even said I would pay his fee again to reset the caster and was told to leave (and not nicely either)

That and the refusal took at the truck again is unacceptable.

I hope Brian sees this:

I will never return there to be treated like that. I will let the masses know of my experience and will not shy away from telling others to stay away. A good shop honors their work and cares about their clientel.

If your help has Jeckle/Hyde, bipolar, or some other syndrome, perhaps if is time for him to be put in a non customer facing role, or find some new help. Totally changed my opinion of your business

They don't take debit cards or credit cards, Fine. Tehey did not tell my wife, while she still had the truck to get the money , and then sent her and my 10 yr old son and 3 yr daughter walking off to find an atm after wards. No Ride offer , nothing. NOT HAPPY

Drove to my broken truck, brought nut, wrench and cotter pin. Wonderful old time service. Will get all alignment business.

Have gone to Fagaberg for many years, did ok work. This time i come in with a new car to get it alignmed, come back and bumper paint is all scratched up. When confronted about it they said it was probably their alignement rack. They did not do the aligment and refused to pay or fix my bumper. Called me a angry man and threw the keys at me and told me to get out. Long story short will not be going back and will not recommend to my friends.

I needed a four wheel alignment and questioned the rear tow that had been suspect. They were quickly able to show me what was wrong, confirming the tow issue on their computer, and how they were going to fix the issue - along with fine-tuning in the alignment on the other wheels. My car is now running with much less road noise and feels great without the squirrelly handling. Good job guys! Thank you.

I had my wife's Jeep serviced by Fagerberg and they did an excellent job. I initially went in for an alignment and I asked if they could look at my brakes because we felt some vibration when braking. The mechanic said that my brake pads were still thick but that my rotor was warped, so those where machined. I also asked for an estimate on a tune-up and they called me back to tell me that everything (hoses, belts, etc) were in very good condition and that it was not needed, but I did ask them to replace the spark plugs. I had a question about my a/c and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They could have easily replaced the brakes and hoses, etc and make a few more dollars but they did not, they only did what needed to be done, and that is what really impressed me. It was not like, “yeah, you’re going to need a new….” They have been around for a very long time and it was nice to do business with a local shop. I definitely recommend them. I’m taking my cars here from now on.
