I wish I had read the reviews first. Poor service is an understatement. We waited 45 mins to receive our appetizers. The server apologized for the long wait stating they are understaffed in the kitchen. Ok I understand, that can happen. Then 5 mins later he brings our food and its cold! I mean not even lukewarm, the plate wasn't even warm! And no none of us ordered a salad. You'd think that after such a long wait that the food would be hot! Never again! My first and last time!!!!

Apparently Chilil's doesn't care about their poor service and poor customer skills. Three one-star reviews and still no attempt to get better, if our experience today is indicative. Rude hostess, no concern about the 45 minute wait we had when we were told 20. Apparently people on Casa Grade have a very low expectation.

Some of the worst service and food I can remember, there are no words to discribe how I feel. Except, i will never go there again!

I'm blown away at how they treated me there, I was never asked if I needed anything after them taking my food back 3 times. They acted like I was just another person and they didn't care, Until i say I will send a letter to corporate then they jumped a little bit.



Never again,
