to start: the guy in the video that works behind the counter is a prick and will give you attitude when you ask questions because his business is "flawless". We had our dog there over memorial day weekend. When I picked up my dog I could tell something was wrong but the guy assured me my dog had a blast. I ended up at the emergency vet and my dog has a high fever and pneumonia and the vet said he is far enough along in the pneumonia illness that he definitely had it and got it while he was there and unless they weren't paying any attention to him they definitely knew he was sick. I understand that dogs can get hurt and sick just like kids at a daycare and I am not that upset that he got sick(of coarse I am a little upset) I am pretty upset that I pointed out something seemed wrong and he nervously looked me in the eyes and said my dog was fine and had a blast. Just tell me my dog is sick. He shouldn't have to suffer for a few days and become dehydrated and need medical attention. TAKE YOUR DOG ELSEWHERE. NOT BECAUSE OF WHAT CAN HAPPEN BUT BECAUSE THEY WON'T TELL YOU SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED.
