My 2013 JLC Master Compressor was ruined by an L.A. based company called West Coast Watch Repair this past May. They were supposed to lightly polish the bezel and clasp. Instead, they sanded down the case and completely ruined that plus the clasp and bezel. A friend of mine told me about IWW and how well known Jack was on the blogs and forums as one of the best repair shops. But most of all DLC. I corresponded with Jack by email, phone and sent pics of my watch. After sending Jack the watch he called me to discuss some options. After some thought I decided to go with the DLC process. Jack just completed the watch yesterday and I can't tell you how much better my watch looks. I'm going to try and post some pics on Time Zone under the JLC forum so you can all view it. But I'm sure Jack will put the pics on his website, so you will be able to see them there. I could not be happier. After all, I wrote the watch off after the mess the other company made of the watch. Jack didn't just bring it back to life. He gave it a new life 10 times better. Jack, you should be doing the DLC for all watch brands. That's how good you are. I highly recommend Jack for all your watch needs. Anything! Thank you again Jack for making my Frankenstein a beauty queen!
