I did not have a pleasant experience with this vet office. I had to put down my dog and before this was done we made a mold of his paw print. This was the last thing that my dog touched before I had to say goodbye. When I came to pick it up a few days later it was given to me broken. I was not happy at all that it was broken and asked if they would appreciate it if they received this mold broken also. So they said that they would be able to fix it. A few days later I was told it was ready again and when I came to pick it up they gave me a whole new mold that was a mold of the original mold. Meaning that this new mold my dog did not touch. Throughout this whole experience I never received an apology from any of the vets or from the individual who broke the mold. I was told that they would be sending me an apology letter in the mail but I never received this letter and it has been over a month. I felt like this was very unprofessional and the clinic did not have the decency to follow up on there mistake. I would not recommend anyone to this vets office and will be taking my business elsewhere

You can see how well taken care of the pets are. After having a tour I felt very confident leaving my two furry babies in their very capable hands. And the prices are phenomenal. I would say compare them all for yourself. But why bother, when I've done all the research. :-)

We were vacationing in Old Forge when our Jack Russel suddenly became very sick. CVC had us come in immediately where it was determined she had an allergic reaction to something. Dr. Allen was very reassuring, gave her shots and sent us home with a well dog. We spend considerable time in the Adirondacks so it is reassuring to have an excellent vet in the region.

I have taking my pet to Countryside for over 4 years. The staff is amazing Bill and Natalia are great with my dog and Dr. Brown is increadible. Kathy and Chris have always been awesome with keeping my dog up to day on their shots and everything else. I have used their boarding services; daycare, and clinical services.

Clinic is clean, staff is friendly yet professional, very happy with the way my dog's fur was clipped. He came in looking like a mop and out like a little cutie!!
