this place is awesome we get our prom and homecoming dresses here every year we would not go anywhere else! the service is always great!!

The lady at the tuxedo place was very pleasant. But the lady at the dress shop was very rude. Would never go back there again and would never recommend it.

Do not purchase anything from here!! The service was inadequate and they did nothing but cause me stress. Mr. Tuxedo in Carterville, IL told me that I could get a specific discount on my bridesmaids dresses if I bought them there because I purchased my wedding dress from them. So I picked out a bridesmaid dress that was a little above my budget because I was getting a great deal. Then when my bridesmaids went to get fitted they would not give the discount they originally promised. They wouldn't not work the problem out with me and did not handle the situation properly. I recommend anywhere but here.

The staff at Mr. Tuxedo and Bridal is lacking good customer service skills. I went there to buy a wedding dress, but it took the woman behind the counter almost 5 minutes to acknowledge that I was in the building. She was too busy discussing local gossip (nothing business related) with another woman! When she finally did speak to me, she asked (shouted from across the room) what I was there for and then pointed me toward the wedding dresses in the back. I looked at the dresses for about 10 - 15 minutes and then walked out of the store. The woman behind the counter never said another word to me the entire I was in the store. She just continued to gossip with the other woman in the store. When I left, I could tell she looked at me, but she never said a word to me (not a thank you for coming in or goodbye). There are much better bridal shop options in the area. I went to another store later that day and was able to find a wonderful dress and was treated well! Mr. Tuxedo and Bridal has poor customer service! I would not recommend this store to anyone.
