Very rude! Was spoken to like trash and quoted a high price for a small job by the owner. Would not recommend to anyone in the area!

I am a previous customer who has always found this to be an excellent company to do business with ... until now. I went in for some truck accessories and was told that they had one item that I wanted already in stock. They offered it to me for a deep discount and assured me that it was in perfect condition and ready for installation. They really talked up the product and convinced me to purchase it. When the other accessories arrived, I made an appointment to install the accessories. I tried to get them on the phone throughout the day to no avail. Finally, they called me at 3:30 and said that the item they had in stock did not have all its parts and would require additional $$ if I still wanted it. Additionally, the other accessories had not actually arrived. In other words, they had made no effort to ascertain whether they could actually do the work before making the appointment. And trying to upcharge me for their mistake was just wrong. I will do no further business there.

SON-IN-LAW WRECKED MY PICK-UP. STYLES GOT IT LATE ON A THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND HAD IT FIXED AND READY FOR P/U THE NEXT THURSDAY MORNING. I HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH MANY REPAIR SHOPS OVER THE YEARS FROM PERSONAL TO BUISNESS AND HAVE NEVER BEFORE HAD SOMETHING GO SO SMOOTH. USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
