I was very satisfied with their services and I don't think they need to improve on anything! They do a great job.

I asked for a specific guy to come and fix it and he got our problem fixed - it was a pinhole in a pipe that was leaking. He repaired it right away.

I called Millwood to fix a leak we had when our pipes froze. The technician came out and he was very good and very knowledgeable. He did a great job! We haven't had any problems sent then. He answered all of our questions we had about the plumbing. We thought that the pricing was very fair. We had a very good experience.

STAY AWAY!! The company over charged us by DOUBLE the going rate, because my wife was home alone when they came. I had called them on Thursday afternoon, about a leaking Pressure Release Valve. They were the 4th company I had called and since nobody else could come until Friday afternoon or Saturday, I figured I'd let them come on Friday morning. The first 3 companies all gave me a range of $125-$170 depending on if they came after hours or not. Since Millwood said they would come the following morning, I assumed the cost would be in line with all the other professional plumbing companies I had spoken to. They ended up saying they would come on Friday afternoon around 4:30/5:00 instead of that morning....then called Friday afternoon to say their guy was still all the way across town, and could they reschedule. They wanted to come on MONDAY instead.... since communication had been good to this point, I agreed that Monday would be fine. They came today, and were there about 35 minutes, and charged us $250!! I was outraged, and even called the company owner, and she said she felt like they were not ripping people off, and she stands behind their rates, because they are "cheaper than Roto-Rooter and Superior".... apparently she doesn't realize that those companies are not her competition. I highly advise using any other plumbing company you can reach, especially after speaking with their owner!

Millwood Plumbing did a great job fixing a leak in our pipes. The pricing was very reasonable, we will definitely be using them again.

Millwood Plumbing installed a hot water heater for us. I found them to be very accommodating and professional. They did an excellent job.

The tech that came to my house was very friendly. He introduced himself immediately and didn't walk in until he was welcomed. He also was extremely efficient in getting my pipe fixed quickly.

I like that they offer on-call pricing. If I ever have an emergency over the weekend I can call and know I will be getting the best deal and great service.

I have been very satisfied with Millwood Plumbing and all the service that I have had them do.

As the head of maintenance at my office I have had to call these guys on a couple occasions when things got really bad. They took care of our sewer repairs and multiple plumbing issues. Very good job

Our toilet broke on Saturday and was flooding the bathroom. They were able to come and fix it immediately. We avoided serious damages and finally had a reason to buy a new rug!

When I got home from work I had water in my carport and could not find a cut off. I called the after hours phone # and Millwoood Plumbin had someone here within 10 minutes. They stopped the water running immediately. Fast, Friendly and efficient. Excellent service.
