Worst experience ever, and I tried using them twice! First time I used 1-800 Flowers and this is the company that was assigned. I called in to complain and get help to fix the order and they swore up and down to me that the problem was on the part of 1-800 Flowers, that to avoid any issues in the future to call or order through them directly. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again, I ordered directly from their website.
Now while I understand that different seasons mean different flowers may be used other than what is pictured, this company didn’t even bother to put a bouquet together to remotely come close to the medium size I ordered that is pictured on their very own website.
On top of this I ordered and paid for 3 mylar balloons, $17.99 just for that and they only delivered one. The fight that then ensued to try to at least get my money back for the money they charged my on the balloons they didn’t supply was ridiculous. Of course I’m angry, of course I want a refund. Then to tell me you will give me a refund on what was not delivered but you are going to go back and pick up your horrible bouquet from the individual I sent this to as a gift.... Worst business ethics ever! I will never use this awful company again. You are horrible! How can you knowingly rip people off like this and live with yourselves! Next stop is reporting you to the BBB!
Do not use this company unless you like paying high rates for a service you will not be provided.
It’s a shame we cannot leave negative stars. I doubt I will see a penny back. Horrible owner, horrible company.
