the worst customer service ever. Called them last week to assist with turning off a lost phone. WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T HELP. Went to store this morning to replace bad charge purchased from another store yesterday. WAS TOLD I HAD TO RETURN TO STORE WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED. This store isn't very customer service orientated or friendly. never again for me. Don't waste your time with this store..
