This company is very unprofessional. They lie to you, they have no compassion for disabled people. They take your wheelchair for repairs and keep it for over 4 months making up all kinds of excuses as to why it's not ready. And then when they tell you your chair is ready they deliver a total different chair thinking you will not notice. I am so disappointed with this company! I was so happy when I first got my chair because I was finally going to be mobile, but then it started breaking down on me a couple times. They do not even deserve a 1 star. I'm still without a chair waiting to see what excuses they have now. I am very frustrated with this company. According to their website "They respect their clients as members of their own family" (yeah right) I have been totally disrespected!
