I was with Solar free for over ten years back when Peter was in charge of things. In the last year Solar frees customer service is nil and best. They will not honor warranties on films they sell, take your money and will give you every excuse after excuse in the book to deny a warranty claim. There business practices are shady at best. The customer service is appalling. They use word like, We can't help you, It is not our responsibility. Sorry no warranty card no service. WELL THEY NEVER GAVE US WARRANTY CARDS TO ISSUE TO CUSTOMERS EVER BEFORE UNTIL 8 MONTHS AGO AND WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING BEFORE THE 8 MONTHS WITH OUT A WARRANTY CARD. SOLAR FREE PROFESSES AND PROMOTES LIFETIME WARRANTIES TO IT CONSUMERS TO GET THEM TO BUY THE FILM AND THEN LEAVES THEM HANGING WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO GLOBAL, LLUMAR, SUNTEK, MADICO 3M, LUXO FILMS. THESE ARE A BETTER COMPANIES WITH SUPERIOR PRODUCTS THAT WON'T NEED A WARRANTY CLAIM. IF THEY DO THEY HAVE OUTSTANDING WARRANTY CLAIMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. #BOYCOTTSOLARFREEFILMS.

SolarFree window films are made in China and will not last they fade bubble and the installer told me its lifetime warranty but the company wont warranty lador or film and they are Rude
