If I could give a zero to this company, I would. This is the most unprofessional establishment lacking proper business etiquette and empathy. The "bishop" (I use that title very loosely, but that's what he calls himself for some reason) does not know how to deal with a family in mourning. He was always extremely rude to me and very short. Although he submitted an incomplete death certificate to be processed, he wants to charge me another $100 to amend it, and the law allows 6 months from death to amend a certificate for free. How dare he. I still cannot fathom the loss of my fiancee and father of my 4 children, but he still wants to make the experience even worst. Laying my fiancee to rest was made worst because of this business, and I had to even beg him to get me the death certificate over 2 months after death. My mother had to contact the company multiple times. I truly believe that my young age played a part into the disrespect, and still being unsatisfied and knowing they are the only ones to fix the death certificate is keeping my emotional wounds open. PLUS, I PAID CASH DIRECTLY INTO HIS HANDS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Never thought I would have to put my father to rest si soon but Mr. Micheal Brass Jr treated me as if I was family. Always honest and worked with me through everything making sure I was fully aware of what was happening. I was able to have a beautiful funeral service and support from his team. I fully appreciate the time effort and thoughtfulness he showed me and my father.
