I have to agree with Grace. I lived here for some many years when this park was in good running condition. I moved out over 4 months ago. Could not stand the on-site managers and even as Grace points out; Anne James. Grace said it all about her. I have in the passed tried to talk to this women and believe me, you can't talk to her. She would yell at you for no reason. I have witnessed for years at our Rent Review Board, Anne would stand up under "OATH" and would lie to the Rental Board.



Talking to people in the park at the time my home was up for sale, this is the real reason why people are moving out fast!!! They can't stand our on-site manager and even Anne James. Just about everybody I had talked to her can't stand her and don't want any dealings with her what-so-ever.



Anne will back stabb you when she gets the chance. Anne will tell you one thing but behind your back is a diffrent story!!!



All I have to say; Move in at your own risk and watch the knife behind your back when you are around Anne James.

Living in this mobilehome park for the last 20yrs, I have to say the last 4 yrs this park has gone down to the dumps. Actually, I am talking about on site managers. Our on site-Manager Winnie and Gene Olga are the poorest managers we ever had in the park history. They can care less about us. The don't do anything for the park, but to cause alot of friction and tension among us homeowenrs. They try to fine trouble aganist homeowners for stupied stuff.



I recently have moved from the park because it was getting to the point you could not live there anymore.



Also, our management company: James and Associates run by Anne James has to be the worest women ever. You can not talk to her or approach her any way if you have a problem. Anne has a habit to yell at people and this women does not have people skills to run a 7 eleven!!!



I would really check the park out and talk to residents and get a feel before anyone ever moves into this park.



All I have to say is MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!
