Star Super Cleaners offers monthly specials. The down side is they never post it on their website in a timely manner, usually 5 to 10 days into the month. You also have do double check to see if they applied the discount. When you bring it to their attention the response is generally rude. I have been a customer since April 2005, but I have finally had enough when once again I addressed the fact the discount had not been applied. John Vu who I think is the owner needs to be a bit more customer sensitive and less argumentative.



I am voting with my dollars and getting my dry cleaning and laundry done elsewhere. I hope he learns that before he loses all of his customers and ends up going out of business. He has already lost ~$1,400 annual business from me.

When a Cleaners rips a nice dress shirt, they should offer to pay a portion of what the shirt costs. This cleaners sewed the shirt and tried to pass it off as acceptable. No person would wear a shirt that looked the way this did. The wife of the owner not only doesn't understand what customer service is, but also wouldn't offer any payment for the shirt. After being pushed quite a bit, she finally said $10 and was very rude about it. I took it down the street and they said in the same situation, they would offer over double what she did because it was their fault.

I would not recommend doing business with this cleaners, especially when you have so many to choose from.
