I have been going here for nearly two years. Recently under new management (last month or two). I drop off three pairs of jeans in the morning. They were not ready/didn't get dropped off in the evening. I come back the next day, unavailable due to the boiler being repaired. "Come back by lunch on Saturday and they will be ready". Saturday - boiler still broken. Finally, I found out they lost my jeans. I suggested we wait a few days to see if they return, nothing by late week. I give the price of the jeans ($230) with a receipt and the owner does not want to pay. He is offering to pay 10x value of dry cleaning bill = roughly $20 per pair of jeans.
