best moving service out there, hands down

I had a horrible experience using "Award Moving Services". The men were 45 minutes late (which I was charged for), they left their coffee cups for me to clean up and took several smoke breaks during my move. They were slow and were overpriced. I explained my situation to management who agreed to a reimbursement - 6 weeks pass and still no check. I spoke with the manager and they have taken back their word. These men were not courteous, and not trained properly. Only one was an off-duty firefighter. They are paid hourly so they ride the clock. I also received markings on my furniture, use at your own risk!!!
