Dr. Mathews incorporates advanced clinical reasoning to identify underlying structural and/or functional cause of pain or impairment. She uses this reasoning throughout her evaluation and subsequent visits, so she will continuously modify your treatment based on her clinical judgment and expertise. Dr. Mathews’ area of specialty is orthopedic and sports medicine. She is an expert at treating joint stiffness and loss of range of motion (ROM) including spine and ribs. She has successfully treated hip/shoulder/knee dysfunctions, TMJ dysfunctions, pain associated with pregnancies including SIJ dysfunction. Dr. Mathews is passionate about elevating your expectations from Physical Therapy. She hopes to open her clientele up to the world of possibilities an expert physical therapist can bring to their day to day abilities.
